TSL started in 2000, on the back of the coal mining boom in the far north regions of Queensland. Early growth was excellent due to the already strong industry reputation of Kevin Hegerty, TSL founder  Kevin and his wife Kerry, have grown the company through strong relationships and unequalled delivery ever since.  

A steady and reliable consulting base was developed between 2000 and 2008, with key staff and clients alike coming on board to join the TSL team.
